WHY GUYANA, WHY NOW
FIRST-MOVER IN A RE-BASING ECONOMY
Since the first oil in 2019, Guyana's GDP has grown more than fourteen-fold at a pace unmatched by any economy in the world. Formal housing stock hasn't kept up: Greater Georgetown counts roughly fifteen thousand modern dwellings against a nationwide need many multiples larger, even after government-backed programmes are counted.
TAJ was formed to close that gap with a product Guyana hasn't seen before: gated, master-planned communities built to institutional standards, bringing high-quality housing to every level of the market.
